How to Play Tetris
Rotate and place seven geometric shapes falling from above. Completing a horizontal line without gaps clears it from the matrix. Survive as speed increases!
Tetris is the legendary, universally beloved block-stacking puzzle. Guide falling tetrominoes, arrange gapless horizontal lines, and test your endurance as speeds climb.
Controls Guide:
- Left or Right Arrow: Move piece
- Up Arrow: Rotate clockwise
- Down Arrow: Soft drop
- Spacebar: Hard drop
Gameplay Tips:
- Keep an open vertical column on the right edge to set up 4-line Tetris clears.
- Use the ghost piece guide at the bottom of the matrix to line up exact drops.
- Do not panic when the stack gets tall; prioritize quick 1-line clears to recover.
